　　The SDYQ is the main model of BLC cutting machine, offering cutting widths from 3.0 to 10.0 meters. Floor mounted T-ralils provide longitudinal travel in increments of 2.0 meters. Heavy walled box beam construction on the main beam is mated to an all welded, stress relieved trucks via machined mating surfaces. these features include dual linear rails and bearings on the cross beam, linear motion actuator vertical torch lifters, AC brush less drive motors and backlash adjustable gearbox. Combine this with the power and flexibility of BLC GNC550,steady and height precision cutting process can be achieved.

　　Water-jet cutting uses the power of high-pressure to cut through material. The water can also be combined with an abrasive to expand the cutting ability to composites, metal and other dense materials. Water-jet produces clean edge, precise contours, complicated shapes, sharp angles and corners without warping, cracking due to no heat involved in the process. 　It works equally well for any materials such as steel, glass, plastics, fiberglass, graphite and composite etc.
　　The SSD-A equiped with the 5X Intensifier Pump fabricated by Flow International Corporation in
the USA. The 5X pump is available in 30,000 psi(2040 bar),40,000psi(2720 bar), and 55,000 psi(3740
bar) output water pressure ratings with one intensifier.
　　The SSD-B equiped with the HZ40 intensifier made in China. It produces 40,000 psi(2720 bar) high pressure output water.
　　All the SSD-A or SSD-B water-jet cutting system adopt the long-life nozzle and orifice made in the
USA.

　　The TS-A is a low cost, samll gantry machine that provides the quality and control of a larger machine at an entry-level cost.It offers everything a samll shop needs to begin a proper CNC cutting operation.
　　The TS-A comes standard with the BLC DNC200,14" VGA color monitor, internal 3.5" disk drive, button control panel and motorized torch lifter. It features a 3.0 meters long rail, and a cross cut capacity of 1.5 meters.
　　Optional features include a plasma cutting system, Capacitor Height Control Equipment for the oxy-fuel torch and Arc Voltage Height Control Equitpment for the plasma torch.

This ensures good fit-up and even quenching along the weld joint. a carriage travels at a constant surface speed to move the welding equipment in perfect alignment with the entire length of the weld joint.
